Pondering Like A Cloud

I'm still hunting around for a Tele to turn to the Paisley side, which is annoying.

Finding Strats is easy by comparison - why is that?

Do people buy a lot more Strats or do they just hold onto Teles more often?

I have to admit I don't know.

Either way, it is a pain.

I can get Affinity teles easily enough, but something a notch or two higher within my admittedly teeny budgets seem scarce.

Saying that, maybe I should just find a decent supplier of bodies and necks and be done with it - but then they wouldn't be second-hand, and I might as well just buy new guitars and pimp them..
